A Christmas and new year message from Bromsgrove MP Sajid Javid

As 2017 draws to a close, I would like to wish my constituents a happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.

This year I was delighted to have been re-elected as your local MP and return as Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government. I am very fortunate to be part of our special community here in Bromsgrove, and I would like to thank you for your continued support.

In 2017 I have listened to constituents across the whole town and have helped to secure more for residents.

This includes over £3million Government funding to improve our infrastructure and roads, and £29million for our local hospitals.

I also hosted my annual Jobs Fair in March, and Pensioners Fair in November, where I welcomed hundreds of constituents to these events which were backed our brilliant local organisations.

I’m pleased to announce that next year, I’ll be hosting my fourth annual Bromsgrove Jobs Fair, on Friday, February 23.

I look forward to doing more for local residents – if I can ever be of any help, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Once again, I would like to wish you all a happy Christmas and a successful new year.
