These are challenging times and talking to others about how we are feeling and reaching out to those in need has never been more important.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme is kindness. Our mental health and physical health are just as important as each other, so if you are struggling, or are worried about someone, reach out for help.
I have included a free information booklet below, with some tips, guidance and contacts to support your health.
Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust have also launched the ‘Now We’re Talking Campaign’ to support better mental health in Worcestershire.
