Fireworks aren’t for everyone and can of course be very dangerous.However, most people who use them do so at the appropriate times of year and have a sensible and responsible attitude towards them. Police can issue penalty notices for a range of fireworks offences, including breaching the fireworks curfew, but there are no plans at the moment to place further limitations on their use.
